The Officer focus on individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices, around a range of factors contributing to health and wellbeing, centred on a complementary range of project activities. These activities focus on cooking, diet and nutrition to act as enablers for behaviour change, which supports individuals to make healthier lifestyle changes..
